The Cask Inn - Here at The Cask we don’t like to think of ourselves as just providing food and drink. We like to think that we are providing you, the customer, with an experience. This might be that quiet drink on the way home after a stressful day at work, enjoying a wonderful meal with friends & family, or letting your hair down at one of the late night events at Sigma. Bacchus - Located a short walk from Scarborough's town centre, Bacchus Bar/Nightclub offers something for everyone. Over 18's can dance the night away to music from right across the board including R&B, Dance and classic chart hits. New website for the club coming soon! Red Square - Vladimir’s Red Square is a flare bar. Those of you who have seen the Tom Cruise film ‘Cocktail’ will know all about flaring – it’s the theatrical side of making cocktails that puts the excitement back into bars. Vladimir’s Red Square also serves sparky food from a more casual menu. Bar 69 Sports and Grill - is a modern venue close to the main Westborough circuit in Scarborough. It is a sports bar which features many sporting events on its televisions and big screens and also displays quite a collection of sports memorabilia. The servery is situated towards the rear of the bar which is on a different level to the entrance and is well kitted out with an American theme. This theme continues into a back room housing the pool tables. The bar serves a good range of drinks with a selection of cocktails to choose from. Snowy's Bar - gives the impression of being a wine bar from the outside, but is more of a traditional 'Cheers' style bar from the inside with a friendly regular crowd. It is a popular place among students who avail themselves of some good offers particularly on Wednesday and Thursdays - these are nights when drinks are remarkably keenly priced. The bar benefits from two large screens making sporting occasions popular, plus there is also an excellent surround sound system blasting music out. Soltz Bar - is arguably Scarborough's smartest bar, for the more discerning customer. It's housed in a wonderful old brick building in a quieter part of the town and can lay claim to being more sophisticated than much of the competition. It is a relaxing upmarket bar which opens for evening trade only (except at the weekend) with smart furnishings and matching upholstery. One of the bars attractions is its regular live entertainment and televised sports which are highly successful and attract large audiences. Yate's - As you'd expect from a member of the Yates's estate, this venue is extremely large and particularly popular. It has a good range of drinks and is strong on beers and wines. The food menu is standard Yates's, with traditional English classics and some of the more modern continental dishes on offer. Yates's also provides entertainment with a late night DJ on most nights along with karaoke competitions. Yates's is one of Scarborough's busiest and liveliest pubs. Zero Music Bar - is one of Scarborough's top venues for Live Entertainment, in particular, Tribute Bands and with an exciting line-up for the coming months you are guaranteed a brilliant night out thanks to owner Amanda Messruther, who was born in the town and together with a hardworking team has renovated the famous venue. Amanda has owned the venue for almost a year now and has decided to re-name it "Zero". Every Friday Night is "Rebel Rock Night" (Formally Laughtons) and Sundays are Student Band Nights so if you are in a band and want to be heard, Give us a call on 01723 503170. Whitby Nightlife Raw Nightclub - RAW, in Whitby, spreads across two buildings and three floors. Part Victorian, part Art Deco it is an eclectic mix of designs. A mixture of natural materials combined with modern zinc and steel gives an 'edgy' feel to it. Drink, dance or just hang out with your friends and family. Bondi Beach Nightclub - Bondi Beach is Whitby's only dedicated nightclub venue; bawdy mainstream fun until Dracula's bedtime! Cheap drink promotions and cheesy nights are on offer here, it has a captive market and trades to them with populist fun, be they locals or holiday makers and out of season it may reduce opening nights. The decor offers a typical dark club interior with booming music and disco lights while all the focus is on the central wooden dancefloor. |
